Pepsis was quick to respond to this rising trade needs. In this regard, especially under the leadership of the charismatic leader Goizueta, Coca Cola focused too much on its main product which was its cash cow. In fact, Coca Colas diversification was only as a reaction to PepsiCos market success brought by PepsiCos diversification strategy.
